At Richmond Fellowship Tasmania, we believe that people living with mental ill-health can and do recover and that everyone has the right to feel a sense of wellbeing. We are here to support you on your recovery and wellbeing journey.

We offer a range of programs to help improve mental health outcomes for individuals and communities.

Mental Health Nurse Program

Richmond Fellowship Tasmania provides general practices with access to Mental Health Nurses to support adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

Outreach Recovery Program

Our outreach service offers one-on-one support to help you live in your own home, identify things that may support your wellbeing, and help you connect with other services. Our outreach service is only available on the North-West Coast (from Deloraine all the way through to Smithton).

Residential Recovery Program

Our Residential Recovery Program offers fully furnished, self-contained units/share houses that promote recovery and wellbeing and support you to develop the skills required for you to transition to independent living in the wider community.

Providing evidence based mental health interventions to people living in Residential Aged Care Facilities.

TasRec

TasRec creates and provides links to a diverse range of community-based recreational and social activities, events, and opportunities for skill building and creative expression, all with a focus on enjoyment and wellbeing.
