Richmond Fellowship Tasmania

Community-based mental health services

At Richmond Fellowship Tasmania, we believe that people living with mental ill-health can and do recover and that everyone has the right to feel a sense of wellbeing.

We are here to support you on your recovery and wellbeing journey.

Residential Program

Our residential program offers fully furnished self-contained units and share houses that promote recovery and wellbeing for adults who have a diagnosed psychosocial disability.

Mental Health Nurse Program

Richmond Fellowship Tasmania provides doctor surgeries with access to Mental Health Nurses to support adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

We provide a range of creative, social and sporting activities to help support mental and general wellbeing, build confidence and engage in an active lifestyle.

Just Move

Just Move (previously Up and About) is an exercise program for participants with lived experience of mental ill-health.

Outreach Recovery Program

Our Outreach Recovery Program offers one-on-one support to help people with mental ill-health live in their own home, identify things that may support their wellbeing and help them connect with other services.

Mental Health Homelessness Outreach Program (MHHOP)

Richmond Fellowship MHHOP is a recovery focussed program supporting Tasmanian’s who are experiencing, or at risk of homelessness.
