Richmond Fellowship Tasmania (RFT) is the largest community-based providers of community mental

The Connect In Coordinator reports to the Recovery Manager and works as part of a team to
ensure that services are delivered in accordance with Richmond Fellowship Tasmania vision and
principles and the National Standards for Mental Health Services (NSMHS). The Connect In
Coordinator aims to promote individual independence, promote choice and control and to
enhance consumer wellbeing.
In collaboration with the Recovery Manager, the Connect In Coordinator will participate and
deliver program activities to support consumers achieve connection goals using a consumercentered approach.
Period of Employment
This position is part time with a contract term tied to funding. It is subject to a 6-month probation
where the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their capability to fulfil the requirements
of the role.
