Position Overview

To work in the Mental Health Nurse Program, delivering meaningful psychological interventions to patients living within the community referred into the service. This position will hold a case load of patients and complete case notes and reporting to PHT for each instance. Completion of Mental Health Nurse Credentialing is a requirement of working within this program. Mental Health Nurses must be credentialled within the first 12 months of employment or have obtained significant progress towards credentialing.

Period of Employment

This position is part or full time with a maximum term tied to funding. It is subject to a 6-month probation if applicable.
