Richmond Fellowship Tasmania is a globally affiliated, not for profit organisation providing residential, allied support services and social inclusion programs across Tasmania for people with severe and recurrent mental illness.

Our vision is to ‘inspire a healthy community, where people are leaders in their own lives’ and our mission is to ‘deliver excellence through person-centred, recovery and wellbeing services’. We strive to achieve this by promoting choice and control for all our consumers and deliver services that help them achieve their goals.

Our employees have a fun-loving attitude and are creative in working alongside consumers on their recovery journey, who can draw on their life experiences and use their diverse range of people skills to help deliver a person-centred service.
