Residential Recovery Program
Richmond Fellowship Tasmania’s Residential Recovery Program is open to adults who have a diagnosed mental illness. The program offers intensive recovery focussed support to individuals to work on identified recovery goals.
Units and living spaces are furnished and fully self-contained, providing a safe platform for individuals to build capacity in living skills as they work to transition to independent living in their community.
Our Residential Recovery sites are staffed 24-hours, 7 days a week, with sites in north-west Tasmania (Ulverstone) and in the south of the state (Rokeby).
Program services include:
- Comfortable, fully furnished, self-contained units
- Assistance to identify specific recovery goals through our dedicated recovery model
- Trained and compassionate staff who will support you to action identified goals
- Access to other Richmond Fellowship programs including our dedicated recreation program (TasRec)
Entry to the Program
If you are ready to work on your mental health recovery through our Residential Recovery Program, please contact Richmond Fellowship Tasmania on (03) 6228 3344 and we can discuss the program and referral process with you, and arrange a site visit prior to the completion of the State Mental Health Services’ Maximising Recovery Panel application form.
For entry into the Residential Recovery program, you will need to nominate Richmond Fellowship Tasmania as your preferred service provider on the MRP application form.
Once accepted into the program, we will work with you and your case manager (where appropriate) to identify the best transition arrangement to support you.
