Patrick Lilwall – Chief Executive Officer

Patrick is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Richmond Group covering Richmond Fellowship, Richmond Futures and Richmond Investments. As an experienced CEO, Patrick brings strong experience with over 12 years in healthcare (mental health, disability, family services, hospitals, NDIS and Aged Care) with his most recent Tasmanian experience as CEO for The Hobart Clinic. His previous focus was on the large-scale digital transformation of organisations in both the For-Profit and For-Purpose sectors. He has also run his own consulting practice and comes from a strong commercial background spanning ten sectors of industry.

Patrick is a dynamic, values-driven leader who has achieved financial successes, strong relationships with government, corporate and community sectors, and a high level of personal commitment, professionalism and integrity.

Patrick also brings strong qualifications including AICD Graduate, Executive MBA, Advisory Board Chair, and Administration, Quality and Major Project Delivery studies. With his feet firmly planted in Tasmania, he and his wife continue to enjoy a connection to country with their 23ha property in Cambridge. This grounding provides a wonderful balance to the corporate world and offers so much learning and life balance.


Bradley Van de Kamp – General Manager Operations

Bradley is the General Manager of Operations. Bradley’s career has been centred around community services and providing support to vulnerable demographics. He strives to help everyone achieve their aspirations and unlock their full potential.

Bradley’s expertise is in implementing new funding agreements, operational frameworks, and service provisions. He is also experienced in reviewing and developing new service provisions and frameworks. He prioritises building strong relationships with stakeholders and puts the people he supports at the forefront of everything he does. Bradley ensures that programs always meet the needs of the people he supports, so they can achieve their goals to the best of their abilities.

Throughout his career, Bradley has worked in various sectors of service delivery. He has worked with disadvantaged youth in residential settings, remote Aboriginal communities, supported unaccompanied minors in both offshore and community-based detention, the disability sector, and now currently works in the Mental Health sector.


Kerri Hall – General Manager Business

Kerri is the General Manager Business Services. Kerri’s passion lies in supporting and developing her team, and she enjoys learning something new every day, no matter how big or small.

Kerri holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University with a major in Commercial Law. Prior to this, Kerri completed studies in management and human resources. Kerri has over 20 years of experience in management, both in the private and not-for-profit sectors in Hobart, including two local accounting firms.

Kerri resides in Cambridge with her family and five kelpies.
